About the Practice

What is Peak Wellness 365?+

Peak Wellness 365 is a functional and holistic wellness clinic in Littleton, Colorado. We focus on finding and addressing the root cause of how you feel — not just managing symptoms — using tools like bioenergetic scanning, applied kinesiology, nutritional therapy, and hands-on therapies alongside personalized lifestyle coaching.

What makes your approach different from conventional medicine?+

Rather than starting with a symptom and matching it to a prescription, we start by assessing what's happening in the whole body — nutrition, stress load, muscle and structural balance, and food sensitivities — to build a personalized plan aimed at the underlying cause.

What is Natural Med Hub, and how does it relate to Peak Wellness 365?+

Natural Med Hub is our AI-powered wellness platform — think meal plans, a workout builder, a 90-day wellness journal, and a natural medicine library, all in one place. Peak Wellness 365 is our in-person clinic; Natural Med Hub extends that support online, whether or not you're a local, in-clinic patient.

Who will I be working with?+

You'll primarily be working with Dr. Julianne Lechuga (Dr. J) and Shawn Lechuga, along with the rest of our team. All new patient appointments are handled exclusively by Dr. J and Shawn. Dr. J personally handles all bioenergetic scans and Cell to Soul treatments, Shawn and the team run the rest of the facility, and muscle testing/kinesiology is handled by the full team.

Do I need a doctor's referral to become a patient?+

No referral is required — you can book directly with us.

Where are you located, and what are your hours?+

We're located at 5564 South Prince St., Suite 3, Littleton, CO 80120. We're an appointment-based clinic, so hours can shift week to week — here's the standard schedule:

First appointments start at 9:30am, Monday–Friday. Last appointment: 3pm Mondays and Wednesdays, 5pm Tuesdays and Thursdays, and 1pm Fridays.

We don't accept walk-ins for appointments — walk-ins are welcome for supplement purchases only, which are also available online at naturalmedhub.com or by messaging us through the patient portal.

Therapies & Services

What happens during my first visit?+

Your first visit is a comprehensive 2-hour appointment. It includes a full-body kinesiology muscle assessment, a biofeedback scan, food sensitivity testing, and a conversation about your history and goals. You'll leave with a personalized protocol, notes, and next steps — plus ongoing 1-on-1 messaging support through your patient portal.

What is bioenergetic scanning?+

It's a non-invasive scan we use to get a broader picture of what's going on in the body, which helps inform your personalized protocol alongside muscle testing and your health history.

What is applied kinesiology (muscle testing)?+

Applied kinesiology uses manual muscle testing to help identify imbalances in the body. We use it during your initial visit and ongoing check-ins to guide and adjust your protocol over time.

What is food sensitivity and allergy testing?+

We test for food sensitivities as part of your initial consultation, which helps us tailor your nutrition plan and identify foods that may be contributing to how you feel.

What is Myofascial Release Therapy (MFR)?+

MFR is a hands-on therapy that targets tension and restriction in the fascia — the connective tissue surrounding your muscles — to relieve pain and improve mobility. It's offered in 15- and 30-minute sessions and is included in our membership tiers.

What is auricular therapy?+

Auricular therapy stimulates specific points on the ear to support the body's natural balance and healing response. We may incorporate it into your protocol depending on your needs.

What is scalar wave technology?+

Scalar wave technology is one of the tools we use to support the body's energetic balance as part of a broader, personalized wellness protocol.

Will I receive a personalized nutrition and supplement plan?+

Yes. Every protocol is built around your individual muscle testing results, food sensitivity results, and goals — not a one-size-fits-all template.

Membership & Pricing

How much does a new patient appointment cost?+

Our new patient appointment is $397 and runs about 2 hours, covering your full assessment and personalized protocol.

What's the difference between a Wellness Visit and a Progress Check?+

A Wellness Visit ($197, ~90 minutes) includes a biofeedback scan and full kinesiology survey and is typically scheduled every 8 weeks. A Progress Check ($97, 30 minutes) is a shorter follow-up used more frequently to fine-tune your protocol.

What are the Peak Foundation and Peak Complete membership tiers?+

Peak Foundation is $237/month and includes 2 visits per month, with your choice of one therapy per visit.

Peak Complete (our most popular tier) is $427/month and includes up to 4 visits per month with access to all therapies.

Prefer to go digital-only? NaturalMedHub online membership is available on its own for $29/month.

Do you accept health insurance?+

We do not accept medical insurance directly, but we do accept HSA and FSA. You can pay with your HSA/FSA card at time of service, or keep it on file for future visits.

We also provide superbills you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. This isn't guaranteed — some insurance plans reimburse for superbills or FSA-eligible services and some don't, so we recommend checking with your provider first.

Are payment plans or session packages available?+

Yes. Myofascial Release is available in 6-, 12-, and 24-session packages, with a discount for paying by cash.

Can I book individual therapies a la carte instead of a membership?+

Yes. In addition to our clinic memberships, individual sessions and packages are available a la carte for select therapies, including Myofascial Release (MFR), Cell to Soul energy and trauma-based release and healing, Auricular Therapy, and Wellness Pro Plus microcurrent/TENS sessions.

All of these therapies are also included in our membership tiers — ask your practitioner which option makes the most sense for your goals.

What is NaturalMedHub, and what does the online membership include?+

NaturalMedHub online access starts at $29/month and includes our AI wellness assistant, meal plans, a workout builder, a 90-day wellness journal, and our natural medicine library — available whether or not you're a local, in-clinic patient.
